I have used Flaherty for years both at my house and at my rental property. They are always clean, professional, and reasonably priced. They have handled several emergencies for me, including broken showers and drains as well as general repairs of leaky dishwashers or to replace my garbage disposal. This guys are communicative and clear. Great team.

The amount of times I have called Flaherty Plumbing for emergency services that range from burst water mains to washing machine leaks, you would think they'd be sick of me by now. But, because they are so excellent at what they do, they are unlikely to get rid of me any time soon. I really can't say enough about Jeff and how thoughtful, efficient and responsive he and his team are. Called these guys up, they couldn't do my request so referred me to another local guy, who couldn't do the timeframe I needed so my request landed back at Flaherty who came out same day and fixed a rusted out shower drain for a reasonable price.Absolutely fantastic services, great customer service, and I love it's a local company. I had a leak and a burst pipe, and in that extremely stressful situation, Flaherty was so helpful. I called several times to ask questions and provide information, and the woman I spoke to in their office was kind, patient, and responsive.

After 2 visits from the oil company who installed my hot water heater, they were unable to resolve the loss of hot water problem. Called Flaherty Plumbing & Heating and they set an appointment for the very next day. Their technician was able to come over in the morning earlier due to an opening in his schedule.. He diagnosed the problem in 5 min as a defective thermostat, said he needed to order the part, left, had the part in under an hour and back at my house to install. Work was complete and issue resolved before the originally scheduled appointment time. 10/10 would recommend.
